Nice eye - I always love eye images, did you use charcoal? I actually looks very sharp when reduced...

Must have been some nice soft ones... multiple B... I will have to scan and upload some of my own sketches in the weekend. I hope your wings will soon mend (heehee)

oooh! very capturing... great job on the eyelashes. I can never get those to look right on my own drawings.
And whenever I try using more than one pencil.. I end up using just one anyway.
the shading on the iris intrigues me... it looks somehow like light is reflecting off it, giving it the appearance of either a phtograph... or then the eye is looking out of a window... hmm.. I don't know exactly how to explain it...
